How it works

Three steps. No timeline required.

    Seat your team

    The owner invites each person into one of four classes — Owner, Lead, Member, Reviewer — and gives each seat its position label. One workspace, one wallet of lumens ✦.

  2. 02

    Wall the projects

    A lead assigns members per project. Leads see every project; a member sees only theirs — a project you’re not on answers with the same 404 as one that doesn’t exist.

  3. 03

    Run the story on the wire

    Comments pin to the exact word, clip or shot. Approvals write themselves — “Approved segment 1 (0:00–0:16)”, name, time. The owner sees every seat’s spend, line by line.

  • Four classes, not forty toggles

    Owner, Lead, Member, Reviewer — one clear kind of reach each. Owners mint leads; leads manage the working seats; ownership is never handed over self-serve.

  • Filmic position labels

    Chief editor, Head of editing, Editor, Editorial team, Camera unit, Production management, Staff, Revision / Press department — the hierarchy your credits already use.

  • The external Reviewer seat

    Built for the people outside your house who must say yes — a filmed speaker’s press team, a client’s legal desk. They view, comment and approve; they never edit a frame and never spend a lumen.

  • Project walls

    Membership is per project, set by a lead. Leads see everything; everyone else sees exactly their own projects — nothing else, not even the name.

  • The project wire

    One chronological feed per story: uploads, cuts, comments, approvals, in order. Comments anchor to the exact word of the transcript, the exact clip, the exact shot — and the anchors survive a re-cut. @mention a seat and their badge lights.

  • Named approvals

    “Approved segment 1 (0:00–0:16)” — author and time, written by the approve click itself. Nobody types the record; the record is the click.

  • The emergency bulletin

    One org-wide notice for the day the schedule breaks. Only an owner or lead can post it; each person dismisses their own.

  • The Project Record

    Export a project’s whole story as one self-contained page that prints to PDF, with the comms as CSV or JSON. When a project is deleted, the exports are offered one last time on the way out.

  • One wallet, per-seat visibility

    The team spends from one balance of lumens ✦, and the usage ledger shows each seat’s spend on its own line. Reviewers appear there with a spend of exactly zero.

  • Nothing to unlock

    Collaboration is not a gated add-on. It arrives with your seats, the day you add them.
